I never cease to be amazed by how well she is looked after
“My 94-year-old mother has been a resident here for approaching 2 years now. I never cease to be amazed by how well she is looked after by very professional and caring staff. She suffers from dementia but is always treated sensitively and appropriately by every one of the staff. I am incredibly relieved to know that I don’t have to worry about Mom, and I am also happy in the knowledge that she is perfectly happy and content. A massive thank you to all at Digby Manor, I doubt there is a better care home anywhere.”

The staff treated Dad like he was part of their family, and he loved living there
“What a fantastic place. The love, care and compassion they provided to my Dad was excellent. Unfortunately, Dad passed away in June and they provided him with care and respect up until the end. The staff treated Dad like he was part of their family, and he loved living there. They kept me updated regularly and were always happy to help or answer any questions I had. They really cared for Dad and I will genuinely miss them all now that Dad has passed away”

Mum has always been treated with dignity and respect and given encouragement with smiles and laughter. As far as the home itself goes, it is bright, very clean and spacious. The staff are well informed and organised. It has been excellent in every way.”

I can’t speak highly enough of this place
“My mother is in Elliot House for the second time and I can’t speak highly enough of this place. The staff work so hard, they are fantastic! always creating a happy, positive atmosphere for the residents. The house itself is a beautiful building, bright, and modern though still has character and is spotlessly clean. My mom and the other residents are shown constant care, respect, kindness and love as they go through this chapter of their lives. Myself and my family can’t thank you all enough. Complete peace of mind. Thank you!”

The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming
“My Dad has been a resident at Elliott House for 2 half years. We visited lots of homes but Elliott House was the one that stood out for us. It is lovely and clean and very well kept. The management staff are always there for you to give you help and support with your loved ones. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming and it’s the carers that stand out for us as they are so kind and caring to the residents with their individual needs, also the help and support they give each one. Lots of activities and entertainment each week and some lovely family days as well.”

This facility seems the ideal place to retire!
“I recently visited Bournville Gardens to meet family and friends. The facilities are truly wonderful. The reception atrium is spectacular and reminded me of a high-class holiday resort! The staff were very friendly and the food and drinks laid on for the event were very good. The gardens are beautiful with a greenhouse for residents to grow their own plants. I was amazed and a bit envious of the woodwork and metalwork workshop. Everybody seemed very relaxed and happy - this facility seems the ideal place to retire!”
